A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
There is a 30% restocking fee charged against all approved returned parts.
Parts must be resalable and in the original non damaged packaging.
We cannot take back used parts.
The customer is responsible for the return postage for all accepted return parts.

We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
Electrical parts are not returnable, no exceptions...
Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
No special order parts that have already been ordered by the dealership may be returned... no exceptions
We do reserve the right to refuse and allow a return with any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
*We advise customers to add a VIN ( 17 digit vehicle identification number) to look up parts to assure parts do match the vehicle... without the VIN number, we can not assure that the parts are right for the vehicle, the special order parts can not be returned.

Cancellation Policy
An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is put on order by our dealership....Our orders go through before 3pm Monday-Friday Pacific Standard time.
Any next day orders can not be cancelled.. NO EXCEPTIONS
Once parts orders are placed we are not able to cancel any portions of the order.
